As a Senior Digital Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
Solutions & AI Governance: Leverage profound expertise in retail supply chain workflows and digital AI applications to drive business enablement and capability.
Project Leadership: Spearhead end-to-end digital initiatives, delivering strategic consultancy and technical roadmap advisory to cross-functional business units.
Vendor Partnership Management: Direct key vendor relationships, overseeing service level agreements and contract negotiations to secure premier, timely deliverables.
DevOps Advocacy: Establish and standardise robust DevOps practices across both in-house engineering and external vendor development projects to accelerate deployment pipelines.
Stakeholder Alignment: Harmonise expectations with regional stakeholders, align technical deliverables with overarching business goals, and present strategic updates to executive leadership.
Requirements Engineering: Translate, consolidate, and analyse intricate business requirements into practical, scalable technical specifications and architectural designs.
Testing & Launch Execution: Direct the entire project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, roadmap scheduling, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
Training & Capability Building: Design comprehensive training frameworks and facilitate technical workshops on DevOps practices and newly adopted digital tools.
skills & experience required.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital solutions management, technical project management, or a matching role within a sourcing or retail environment.
Profound understanding of sourcing, procurement, or retail supply chain digital ecosystems.
Strong technical acumen covering modern application development, complex system integration, and data analytics.
Hands-on familiarity with SQL, JIRA, UiPath, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure Cloud, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Exposure to AI agent architectures is highly advantageous.
Solid command of Agile frameworks, change management methodologies, and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities, backed by a strong service-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin to effectively manage regional stakeholders.
