As a Litigation Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
Advising multinational clients on a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Handling regulatory investigations, compliance reviews, and enforcement proceedings initiated by regulatory bodies such as the SFC and HKMA.
Drafting high-quality pleadings, witness statements, submissions, and letters of advice.
Conducting extensive legal research and managing complex document review processes.
Liaising directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and barristers on ongoing case strategies.
Assisting in business development initiatives and representing the firm at key industry events.
skills & experience required.
A minimum of 2 to 7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) gained within a reputable peer international or top-tier local law firm.
Admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Hong Kong (mandatory qualification).
Proven track record in handling commercial litigation, cross-border disputes, or regulatory investigation matters.
Exceptional drafting and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail.
Fluency in written and spoken English, alongside professional proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese to interact with regional clients.
An agile mind, a strong team-player mentality, and a desire to take on early responsibility.
