about the job.
Advise clients on a broad range of general commercial litigation and international arbitration matters.
Handle various stages of the dispute resolution process, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and submissions.
Conduct legal research on complex points of law and provide strategic advice on risk management and dispute avoidance.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and before various arbitral tribunals.
Manage document discovery and disclosure processes for large-scale litigation.
Collaborate with global offices on multi-jurisdictional disputes and cross-border investigations.
Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's thought leadership in the disputes space.
skills & experience required.
2-4 years PQE with a strong background in commercial litigation and/or arbitration.
Must be a Hong Kong admitted solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin fluency is highly preferred for client interaction and document review.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail in legal drafting.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing deadlines.
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to solving complex legal issues.
