Assist in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, insolvency, and fraud investigations.
Work closely with senior associates and partners to prepare for court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and advice to clients.
Conduct in-depth legal research on complex and evolving areas of Hong Kong law.
Participate in the management of large-scale document discovery and evidence preparation.
Attend client meetings and court proceedings, providing critical support to the lead counsel.
Liaise with external counsel, experts, and regulators as required by the case workstreams.
skills & experience required.
1-3 years PQE with a solid foundation in litigation or dispute resolution.
Must be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with strong technical legal skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese is a mandatory requirement.
Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
Ambitious, proactive, and capable of working effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
Strong academic background with a keen eye for detail and analytical rigour.
