- Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, and organising merger control filings and antitrust compliance reviews for major cross-border transactions.
- Serve as the primary legal contact for a portfolio of European and US companies, and global trading enterprises.
- Work closely alongside top-ranked practice partners on regulatory cases, gaining early exposure to client advisory work.
- Lead the transaction process from start to finish, including structuring due diligence exercises, drafting core transaction agreements, and coordinating project closings.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 3 years PQE or relevant legal experience, with a focus on corporate, M&A or competition law.
- PRC Bar qualification required, alongside an LLB degree from a top-tier Chinese university (e.g., Peking University, Tsinghua, or Shanghai Jiao Tong University).
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
