Assisting in the management of complex commercial litigation cases in the High Court and appellate courts.
Advising clients on international and domestic arbitration proceedings under HKIAC, ICC, and SIAC rules.
Conducting legal research and drafting high-quality pleadings, witness statements, and advice.
Supporting senior lawyers in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions involving the SFC and HKMA.
Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and experts to ensure seamless case management.
Participating in business development initiatives and contributing to the firm's thought leadership.
skills & experience required.
Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 1-3 years PQE (post-qualification experience).
Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable university.
Proven experience in commercial litigation or international arbitration within an international or top-tier local firm.
Excellent drafting skills and the ability to articulate complex legal arguments clearly.
Native or near-native fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
