Maintain and support core IT infrastructure, covering hardware, networks, software applications, system backups, and configurations.
Provision and set up MacBooks and laptops for both local and remote team members.
Act as the primary escalation and focal point for incident and problem management, collaborating closely with regional IT units.
Monitor IT service performance regularly, introducing improvements to guarantee high-quality delivery.
Manage IT inventory, maintain detailed system documentation, and oversee local IT facilities.
Ensure strict adherence to corporate IT policies and provide occasional after-hours DevOps or IT support when needed.
Exercise financial prudence and cost awareness during regular hardware refresh and repair cycles.

Higher Diploma or above in an IT-related discipline.
3 to 5 years of solid experience in IT helpdesk support and infrastructure maintenance.
Strong technical skills in Linux system administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Practical experience working with Windows Server and firewalls such as SonicWall and Fortinet.
Possess Windows Server certifications.
Proven track record in incident and problem management, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse organizational stakeholders.
