Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify, target, and acquire new retail or corporate clients through cold outreach, networking, and community engagement.
Sales Execution: Pitch, negotiate, and close new insurance business, successfully converting leads into active accounts.
Referral Pipeline: Build strategic referral networks and leverage existing client connections to continuously fuel your sales pipeline.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.

Job Requirements

Experience: Open to all high-performing sales backgrounds. Experience in insurance sales, banking, wealth management, or financial services is not required, but is a huge plus.
Licensing: Willingness to study for and pass required regional insurance licensing exams immediately. Existing professional insurance licenses are a major advantage.
Core Competencies: High resilience, exceptional persuasion and closing skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset driven by volume and results.
Communication: Sharp, impactful presentation skills and professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin or English.
