You will join a professional and collaborative Human Resources department, reporting directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager. The team is known for its refreshingly creative thinking and deep industry knowledge.

Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, room bookings, and candidate correspondence.
Manage administrative support for Visa applications and License applications.
Ensure accurate compliance filing and maintain comprehensive employee personnel files.
Assist with the onboarding of new joiners and the departure arrangements for leavers.
Administer CPD and RME accreditation activities.
Coordinate in-house training sessions.
Support the graduate recruitment programme.
skills & experience required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within a professional services or law firm environment.
Prior experience working with the HK Law Society is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows environment.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and mandarin.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
A self-starter attitude with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
