We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-caliber Head of Sales to lead this crucial international expansion. Utilizing the company’s proven chemical capabilities and successful Chinese footprint, you will operate with high autonomy in Hong Kong to establish the brand’s global footprint and unlock multi-million dollar pipelines across core international markets, including the US, India, Japan, and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

Build, lead, and scale the international trading business out of the Hong Kong office, translating the company's massive China success into global market share.
Establish and execute a robust business development strategy to secure large-scale industrial buyers and distributors across the US, India, Japan, and Taiwan.
Leverage your industry network to drive direct sales, manage complex global contracts, and secure high-value, long-term supply agreements.
Match the company's advanced specialty chemical portfolio with target applications amongst the following:
- Paper Manufacturing
- Water/Wastewater Treatment
- Geotechnical/Soil Stabilizers
- Inks & Coatings
- Pharmaceutical Raw Materials/APIs
- Semiconductors
Manage the international commercial P&L, set regional pricing strategies, and bridge the supply chain between the manufacturing plants in China and global clients.
Serve as the key executive contact for global chemical distributors and multinational corporations, building trust through exceptional technical service and commercial reliability.

Requirements

Minimum of 8–12 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the Specialty Chemicals or Chemical Trading sector.
Prior experience working within reputable chemical trading firms is highly preferred, bringing a strong understanding of global trade logistics, arbitrage, and sourcing behaviors.
Possess an active, verifiable network of contacts and a successful commercial track record in at least two or more of the following sectors: Paper making, Water treatment, Geotechnical/Soil, Inks, Pharmaceutical raw materials, or Semiconductors.
Proven experience navigating international trade cycles and business cultures in key target regions, specifically the US, India, Japan, or Taiwan.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, combining the grit required for a "zero-to-one" build with the strategic mindset to leverage a major Chinese parent company's resources.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory to bridge global clients with the highly successful Mainland China management and manufacturing units. Proficiency in Japanese or other regional languages is a distinct advantage.
Willing to travel internationally to meet global clients and visit production facilities.
