We're currently partnering with a reputable food & beverage organization in looking for a newly created Head of Sales to manage the HK & Macau market.

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a sizeable team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the food & beverage portfolio across within the modern trade/key account channels and expanding into the Food Service landscape

• Lead the the development and execution of strategy for Modern Trade channels in Hong Kong & Macau ensuring optimal shelf placement and promotional effectiveness to achieve sales objectives
• Act as the primary negotiator for annual terms and partnership plans with buyers/category managers at major retail groups.
• Evaluate and refine distribution models to ensure maximum reach across Hong Kong's total key account channels.
• In-depth market landscape analysis to identify potential sales channels to expand sales growth and brand awareness in respective region. .
• Lead the direct and indirect Hong Kong sales team, developing a culture of positive and high performance culture
• P&L ownership, mange full commercial budget, including trade spend, listing fees, and promotional allowances, ensuring a healthy positive ROI.

• Degree holder
• Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience specifically within the Food & Beverage or FMCGkey account/modern trade channels.
• Proven experience managing, expanding and leading sales teams.
• Experience in HORECA/on-trade channels is a bonus
• Results driven, numerical and strong negotiation skills
• People-oriented, adaptable and strong business accumen
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
