about the team.Reporting directly to the Head of Operations the successful candidate will join a collaborative, high-efficiency team of 8 professionals overseeing the firm's regional fund operations.

Fund Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day fund administration, monitor operational workflows, and ensure strict compliance with established internal procedures.
Brokerage Onboarding: Facilitate broker account opening processes and perform ongoing tracking, maintenance, and monitoring of these accounts.
Audit & Product Support: Coordinate statutory audits for funds and provide administrative support for the launch of new investment products.
Digital Transformation: Contribute to digitalization initiatives, focusing on workflow automation, system enhancements, and streamlining operational processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to maintain high data integrity, uphold regulatory standards, and resolve external counterparty issues efficiently.

skills & experiences required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analytics, programming languages (such as Python or SQL), or AI applications is highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with professional fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
Work Style: A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment.
