- Perform daily processing and checking functions for treasury market transactions.
- Execute routine operational duties such as payment preparation, trade confirmation checks with counterparties, and account entry posting.
- Prepare and verify relevant Head Office and regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with HKMA guidelines.
- Confirm trade details and settlement arrangements with counterparties, brokers, and customers via phone and electronic settlement systems.
- Collaborate closely with treasury dealers, risk management, and other operational units to clarify and resolve trade discrepancies promptly.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury settlements or back-office processing within a bank or financial institution; fresh graduates with a degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related disciplines are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under tight settlement cut-off deadlines.
