As an Equities Business Manager, you will transition into a dedicated focus on the Equities and Global Markets business line. Your mission is to optimize the commercial and operational environment for the trading desk.

• Strategic Business Development: Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives specifically tailored to Equities growth, including the implementation of electronic trading platforms.
• Commercial Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve organizational processes that directly support business growth and cost efficiency within the Equities space.
• Platform Evolution: Lead complex market initiatives, focusing on the development and lifecycle management of low-touch business programs.
• Governance & Control: Ensure strong governance and internal controls are embedded within all Equities change initiatives and business activities.
• Stakeholder Advisory: Manage and direct high-level governance meetings, coordinating with key stakeholders to align business goals with operational execution

• Financial Expertise: 8–10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, with a deep understanding of Global Markets.
• Technical Track Record: Extensive experience in business management and process re-engineering, particularly regarding electronic trading platforms.
• Strategic Execution: Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle for complex market initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
• Analytical Prowess: A solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
