• 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate development, construction, or owner’s representative / principal‐side roles, with a minimum of 5–7 years at senior leadership or Director level.
• Proven track record overseeing large‐scale, complex development projects across multiple stages, from feasibility and design through construction and closeout.
• Experience working with institutional investors, fund managers, pension funds, or major development platforms within the Asia region.
• Exposure to multi‐market portfolios and cross‐border stakeholder engagement strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related discipline.
