You will be leading a sizeable team with around 3 people in Hong Kong.
about the job.
- Define and execute the technology strategy, architecture, and lifecycle roadmap for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI supercomputing infrastructure.
- Continually evaluate emerging technologies—including next-gen GPU architectures, high-performance network fabrics, advanced storage systems, container platforms, workload schedulers, and inference deployment platforms.
- Ensure infrastructure design delivers high availability, peak performance, robust security, scalability, and operational resilience.
skills & experience required.
- AI & HPC Expertise: Proven track record in AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC), and enterprise-grade CPU/GPU cluster management.
- AI/ML Stack & Operations: Hands-on experience with multi-node AI training, model inference, workload scheduling, MLOps/LLMOps, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA, Python).
- System Architecture & Cloud-Native: Proficient in Kubernetes, container orchestration, infrastructure automation, high-performance networking/storage, cybersecurity, and operational resilience (DR/backup).
- Project & Platform Governance: Experience directing mission-critical infrastructure projects, vendor service delivery, capacity planning, and incident response in fast-paced environments.
- Competencies & Language: Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
