Turn early-stage business problem statements and operational pain points into working AI prototypes within days.
Iterate rapidly on minimum viable products based on stakeholder feedback and the latest developments in the broader AI community.
Partner with the Technical Solutions team to identify, develop, and test AI-enhanced features, including document understanding, AI-assisted workflows, and conversational interfaces.
Help internal teams adopt modern AI development practices and software tools by modelling workflows openly.
Conduct regular demos, short write-ups, and show-and-tell sessions to make technology experimentation feel accessible and normal.
Translate complex, technical AI capabilities into concrete, jargon-free examples that senior, traditional, or skeptical business stakeholders can easily connect to.
Act as a visible champion for an AI-native way of working across corporate functions and regional business units.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 2+ years of experience shipping real-world AI tools, personal projects, or freelance applications.
Fluent technical proficiency with modern AI development approaches, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI coding assistants.
Strong agility to pick up new tools quickly, whether it involves Python, REST APIs, or Power Platform frameworks.
Deep passion for the AI field, with active knowledge of weekly industry drops and emerging open-source models.
Excellent English AND Cantonese communication skills with the ability to explain complex engineering architectures to non-technical audiences enthusiastically and clearly.
Proven confidence presenting proposals to senior, traditional, or highly critical corporate stakeholders.
A polished, professional presentation suitable for a corporate environment, combined with genuine curiosity about operational human challenges.
