Act as the critical bridge between clients' business needs and enterprise software offerings.
Lead client engagement meetings to identify, understand, and define their core objectives, technical requirements, and business goals.
Draft high-level solution frameworks and architectures based on client needs, utilising conceptual architectural knowledge.
Collate all necessary information to prepare and deliver compelling solution proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop customised solution toolkits.
Research market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments to produce actionable market intelligence reports for the leadership team.
skills & experiences required.
Degree holder, preferably in Computer Science, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in an ERP system pre-sales role or relevant enterprise software consulting.
Strong market knowledge of leading ERP systems, with a significant advantage for candidates possessing hands-on experience or deep familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, or Workday.
Proven expertise in managing target clients, ideally including government projects, major utility companies, public institutions, or top-tier local conglomerates.
Global exposure with previous experience managing overseas projects is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required to effectively manage local and regional stakeholders.
