Collaborate with Sales, Research, and Corporate Access teams to strategize and execute high-impact roadshows, forums, and expert consultations
Manage end to end logistics from custom client requests, including private site visits, 1 on 1 meetings and speicliased expert calls
Partner with internal departments to build and maintain a robust pipeline for group tours and access-led events
Lead the full lifecycle of event management, encompassing complex travel logistics, venue coordination, diary management, and financial validation of invoices
Cultivate strong corporate partnerships for conference pitching and maintain seamless internal alignment with Analysts and Sales
Facilitate regular management updates and contribute to data-driven reporting on event performance.
skills & experiences required.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
With at least 5 years of previous relevant experience
Strong IT skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
Relevant working experience of working with corporate management and IR
Good understanding of local culture
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented
Fluency in English and Mandarin
