Proactively identify, target, and acquire new corporate accounts for management system certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001), ESG, and sustainability audit services.
Build and nurture strong commercial relationships with corporate decision-makers, sustainability leads, and compliance managers to drive upsell and renewal opportunities.
Prepare technical sales proposals, present audit/certification solutions, and negotiate commercial contracts to achieve revenue targets.
Identify emerging market trends, regulatory changes, and corporate sustainability demands to develop targeted sales campaigns.

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within testing, inspection, certification (TIC), ISO standards, ESG advisory, or corporate consulting.
Proven track record of pipeline generation, enterprise pitching, and hitting sales targets.
Strong knowledge of management systems (ISO) or corporate sustainability framework requirements is a distinct advantage.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic communication skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
