Market Insights: Gather feedback on competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends to help guide product and marketing strategies.
Financial Planning: Assist in drafting sales forecasts and budgets to help meet P&L goals.=

Client Troubleshooting: Serve as the main contact point to resolve issues and handle key client concerns quickly.

Job Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in sales, relationship management, or insurance brokerage channels.
Commercial Drive: Proactive, resourceful, and sharp at spotting and closing new business opportunities.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Negotiation & Influence: Proven ability to negotiate terms and influence both clients and intermediary partners.
