Provide a full range of daily administrative and operational support to the administration and finance teams
Maintain an accurate, highly organized filing system and robust record management database
Manage complex calendars, schedule corporate appointments, and coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements
Handle daily mailing, courier arrangements, invoicing processes, payment issuance, and vendor management follow-ups
Deliver end-to-end office administration support, including procurement of office supplies, equipment purchasing, and facilities maintenance
Undertake occasional outdoor duties when required, including bank visits, post office errands, and urgent document deliveries
Perform other ad hoc corporate projects and administrative assignments as directed
skills & experience required.
Proven professional experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar corporate support role
Recognised Diploma in Business Studies or an equivalent commercial discipline
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is highly preferred
Meticulous, detailed-minded, and highly proactive with strong organising abilities and familiarity with corporate administrative skills
Strong PC skills, well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Immediate availability is highly preferred
