Randstad, a global recruitment agency and HR solutions company, announced the internal promotion of Benjamin Elms today.

Benjamin Elms has been promoted from Regional Director to Managing Director at Randstad Hong Kong. In addition to the management of front office roles, Elms will be responsible for the company’s operations which would include human resources, marketing, communications and legal.

Elms joined Randstad Hong Kong in 2012 to establish the sales and marketing recruitment team. Through his strong initiative and forward-thinking strategies, Elms has been instrumental in building high performing teams of specialised recruiters to support the growing business and hiring demands in Hong Kong SAR.

In his new role, Elms will continue to report to Natellie Sun, Managing Director for Search and Selection,  Randstad Greater China.
