• Coordinating with international network partners and local branches to ensure timely implementation of multinational insurance programs.
• Ensuring all related placement data is complete and accurate to effectively instruct local policy details.
• Engaging proactively with Underwriters to ensure an efficient transfer of key information to manage global placements.
• Addressing urgent requests originating from clients and brokers immediately, referring technical complexities to Underwriters.
• Handling policy wording and endorsements, including triaging, segmentation, calculations, and documentation follow-up with brokers or cedants.

• Possess at least a Diploma and/or hold relevant insurance certifications
• Familiar with general insurance such as Property and Casualty
• Prior experience in corporate or commercial insurance administration is highly advantageous
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin highly preferred to communicate effectively with regional internal and external stakeholders.
