about the job.As a Platform Engineer, your mission is to build and automate the infrastructure that powers the future of AI. You will be responsible for the seamless operation of the AI Platform and Data Lakehouse, ensuring high availability, scalability, and integration across the enterprise.
Platform Orchestration: Develop and automate day-to-day operations for the AI Platform and Data Lakehouse using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Service Integration: Develop and integrate internal and external APIs/MCPs to enhance platform capabilities.
Performance Visibility: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to provide full visibility into the state of the AI ecosystem.
Experimental Rigor: Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and acceptance testing for emerging technologies to improve infrastructure maintainability.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Architects to deploy AI applications and data pipelines in a continuous delivery environment.
Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience in platform development, specifically delivering AI or Data platforms in large-scale enterprise environments.
Automation & IaC: Mastery of Docker, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and SQL are essential.
CI/CD & DevOps: Proven experience with Jenkins, Git, and Ansible. A deep understanding of MLOps or DataOps frameworks is a must.
Cloud Proficiency: Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or AliCloud); relevant certifications are highly preferred.
Advanced Stack (Preferred): Familiarity with Vector Databases (Milvus, Qdrant), AI Orchestration (LangChain, Dify), or Data Lakehouse tools (Airflow, Spark, Iceberg).
Industry Background: Previous experience in financial services or international teams is an advantage, alongside a data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
