Executive Relationship Management: Engage with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CFO) and senior IT leadership to identify business pain points and discover opportunities for enterprise cloud adoption, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
Strategy & Deal Execution: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans for cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), hybrid cloud architecture, and data modernization solutions; structure proposals, construct business cases (TCO/ROI), and lead executive-level presentations.
Managed Services & Advisory: Drive the adoption of Managed Cloud Services, cloud migration frameworks, and operational advisory to help clients optimize IT spend, enhance operational resilience, and maintain governance.
Technical Discovery & Consultation: Lead consultative discovery sessions to assess client requirements across public/private cloud environments, document workflows, DevOps pipelines, disaster recovery, and enterprise SaaS integrations.
Account Expansion & Revenue Growth: Own and execute growth strategies for assigned territories or key accounts to achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets, upselling managed services, and driving long-term customer retention.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner seamlessly with pre-sales solution architects, delivery engineers, account managers, and cloud vendor partners to ensure proposal accuracy, smooth delivery handoffs, and successful account closure.

Job Requirements:

Education: Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven track record in B2B IT solution sales, managed services, or cloud infrastructure solutions.
Core Competencies: Strong consultative selling skills with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value for executive decision-makers.
Drive & Mindset: Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
Soft Skills: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
