As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will:
... Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of microservices within a complex, high-traffic in-house ecosystem.
Build and maintain highly resilient, responsive web applications using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend on AWS.
Champion the integration of Generative AI tools (including GitHub Copilot and Claude) to optimise codebase quality and develop AI-driven features for business users.
Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, performance tuning, and the deployment of robust security protocols.
Collaborate closely with product owners and regional teams across Hong Kong and India to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
skills & experience required.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
Proven hands-on expertise in building resilient web applications utilising React and Node.js.
Strong experience navigating AWS environments, including serverless architecture and containerisation tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Profound database development skills with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MariaDB.
An AI-forward mindset with a proactive approach to using AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and system reliability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, regional stakeholder environment.
Full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
