Accelerate the commercial growth and market share of a premium neurosurgery portfolio within assigned private and public hospital territories.
Build and sustain deep, trust-based partnerships with neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, theater managers, and hospital purchasing stakeholders.
Deliver expert, real-time technical and clinical support to surgical teams during complex neurosurgical and spinal operations.
Formulate and execute strategic territory business plans, leveraging market analytics to identify competitive conversion opportunities.
Design and execute tailored medical education initiatives, hands-on workshops, and product symposia to enhance clinical competency among healthcare professionals.
Conduct professional product demonstrations, presentations, and value-based commercial negotiations to secure hospital tenders and procurement contracts.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and clinical data to provide actionable insights for regional commercial strategies.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches and uncompromised supply chain support.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bio-Medical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of medical device sales experience
Comfortable working within the Operating Theatre (OT) environment and providing real-time guidance to surgical teams.
Strong ability to analyze sales data, manage complex hospital tenders, and execute strategic territory plans.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for effective communication with local surgical stakeholders.
Resilient, proactive, and highly organized, with the emotional intelligence to navigate high-pressure clinical situations.
