• Review and preview incoming life insurance applications to ensure total completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with Underwriting and Distribution teams to obtain required medical reports and facilitate final underwriting decisions.
• Liaise with Distribution teams to ensure all documentation complies with sales procedures, internal policies, and Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
• Track and monitor the progress of applications to ensure timely processing and approval within set service levels.
• Communicate effectively with insurance intermediaries and internal departments regarding application status and specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all application reviews and professional correspondence.
• Stay updated on the latest industry regulations, product features, and company policies.

skills & experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in life insurance underwriting, case management, or a related operational role.
• Strongly preferred experience within the High Net Worth (HNW) insurance field.
• Robust understanding of medical underwriting procedures and insurance regulations in Hong Kong.
• Good communication and coordination skills in Cantonese and English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant compliance and sales practices within the insurance industry.
