• Ensure all new motor and liability claims are registered properly and promptly within the system.
• Set and monitor reserves adequately and timely, ensuring all actions comply with laid-down authority levels.
• Evaluate policy liabilities, verify quantum, and recommend settlements in line with underwriting policies and reinsurance practices.
• Handle motor and liability claims effectively according to company guidelines and policy terms.
• Maintain close monitoring of claim file developments and take necessary follow-up actions.
• Liaise with external claims adjusters and solicitors to facilitate smooth claim resolutions.
• Identify and maximize subrogation and salvage recovery opportunities while assisting in legal recovery proceedings.
• Provide high-quality, professional customer service throughout the claims process.

skills & experience required.

• Degree holder, preferably with progress made in professional insurance examinations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance claims, with a specific focus on motor claims being a mandatory requirement.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• A self-motivated and customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Executive position.
