about the job.As an HR Manager / Senior Manager, you will play a dual role as both a strategic Business Partner and an operational Generalist. You will be instrumental in supporting our global headcount growth and organizational restructuring.
Strategic Advisory: Act as a key consultant to stakeholders on people solutions, performance management, and talent development.
Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and build a robust talent pipeline to meet evolving business needs.
Regional Operations: Oversee HR functions for the listed entity and its international subsidiaries, ensuring seamless payroll, tax compliance, and lifecycle management.
Policy & Compliance: Modernize and maintain HR policies, ensuring all practices remain strictly aligned with regional legal standards and corporate governance.
Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives focused on leadership development, employee well-being, and building a cohesive corporate culture.
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline.
5 – 8 years of solid HR management experience; applicants with more extensive experience will be considered for the Senior Manager title.
Comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, and statutory regulations is essential.
Proven track record in managing HR for listed companies or businesses with overseas affiliated offices.
Native-level fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred, with excellent command of English and Cantonese.
