This is a comprehensive HR Generalist/Business Partnering leadership role covering the Hong Kong and Macau markets. You will be the primary people-strategist for both retail and functional populations, ensuring that the brand’s commercial goals are supported by a world-class talent infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the Brand Managing Director and executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective HR solutions.
- End-to-End Talent Management: Oversee the full employee life cycle, including strategic workforce planning, talent pipe lining, and driving a "first-class" on-boarding experience.
- Performance & Rewards: Drive the annual performance cycle to foster a feedback-rich culture and partner with regional teams on salary bench-marking and budget management.
- Employee Excellence: Lead initiatives focused on employee well being, engagement, and internal communications to strengthen the bond between the staff and the brand’s heritage.
- Operational Governance: Ensure all HR activities remain compliant with local labour regulations in HK and Macau while optimising HR management systems.

- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a large multinational luxury or premium retail environment.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Deep knowledge of the Hong Kong and Macau labour markets and a proven track record in hands-on HR business partnering.
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills; the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a matrix organisation.
- A growth mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple strategic projects under tight timelines.
- Complete fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is mandatory.
