- Oversee the full spectrum of group-level financial consolidation and reporting for multiple business units.
- Ensure all financial statements comply with accounting standards and relevant statutory requirements.
- Manage group tax, compliance, and transfer pricing across jurisdictions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring a smooth and timely year-end audit process.
- Lead the enhancement of internal controls and standardise accounting policies across the retail chain.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to senior management to support business expansion and cost-optimisation initiatives.
skills & experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA/ACCA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a group-level consolidation role.
- Proven track record within the Retail or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS and international tax regulations.
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required for stakeholder management.
