Investment Manager, Corporate finance

Our client is a prominent Chinese firm listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with a diversified global footprint. They are currently seeking a high-caliber investment professional to join their corporate finance team to spearhead strategic expansion and cross-border transactions.

• Execute comprehensive end-to-end M&A transaction cycles,
• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling and valuation analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions to support investment decisions.
• Oversee the due diligence process by coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing external legal and financial advisors.
• Draft and present detailed investment committee memos and strategic proposals for senior management review.
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify potential inorganic growth opportunities within the region.
• Facilitate post-merger integration efforts to ensure strategic alignment and the realization of synergies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from prestigious university, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the related fields
• Demonstrate native-level fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English to navigate complex cross-border negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills is required
