You will join the Corporate Banking Division, managing a high-profile portfolio of tier-1 blue-chip corporates and Multinational Corporations (MNCs). The team acts as a primary trusted advisor, collaborating with product specialists across treasury, syndicated loans, structured finance, capital markets, and FX to drive multi-product revenue growth.

As a Senior Corporate Relationship Manager, you will lead the coverage, relationship management, and strategic growth for a portfolio of major blue-chip and MNC clients. Core responsibilities include:
- Originating, structuring, and executing corporate banking solutions tailored to multinational corporations and blue-chip institutions.
- Driving cross-selling of treasury services, trade finance, syndicated loans, FX, debt capital markets, and structured finance products.
- Conducting rigorous credit risk analyses, preparing detailed credit applications, and managing ongoing portfolio risk.
- Overseeing end-to-end deal execution while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and internal risk controls.
- Cultivating strong c-suite relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and finance leaders to position the bank as a primary strategic partner.
skills & experience required.
- University degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Corporate RM handling Blue-Chip and MNC portfolios in top-tier corporate banks.
- Proven track record in deal origination, cross-selling global market products, and structured/syndicated financing solutions.
- Strong credit analytical skills, sound financial modeling abilities, and deep understanding of risk management principles.
- Strong knowledge of cross-border corporate banking products, transaction banking, and regulatory requirements.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
