- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Microsoft Azure Policy framework to mitigate security risks across multiple business units.
- Partner with subject matter experts to enhance the Microsoft Intune platform and support its adoption across multiple operating companies.
- Lead and deliver complex workstreams across the Corporate and Cloud Security domains.
- Proactively introduce new Microsoft security technologies to improve detection capabilities and reduce the total attack surface.
- Collaborate widely across the business to uplift overall security maturity and alignment with group-wide objectives.
- Produce and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for all security designs and configurations.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience from an infrastructure background with strong practical knowledge of Active Directory and message services.
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including identity, governance, and security controls.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SIEM, and SOAR technologies in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview (Information Protection/Insider Risk) and Microsoft Exposure Management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 security and administration, ideally within a large, multi-region organization or a MSSP.
- Fluency in both English is essential. Spoken Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
