Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the BA team's daily workload, ensuring routine business requests, system updates, and operational enhancements are delivered on time.

Resource Allocation: Assign BAs to ongoing functional support tracks, routine maintenance projects, and departmental request queues.

Mentorship & Standards: Mentor junior and mid-level BAs, enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and documentation quality.

Requirement Gathering & Process Maintenance

Operational Enhancement: Collaborate with department heads to identify immediate operational pain points and translate them into functional updates.

Documentation Lifecycle: Own and maintain the repository of current-state process documentation, workflows, and business rules, ensuring they are updated as minor system tweaks occur.

Functional Specs: Translate user requests into precise functional specifications, user stories, and change requests for the development/IT support teams.

Stakeholder Support & Change Management

UAT & Validation: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for routine releases, ensuring business users validate updates before they go live in production.

Routine Change Management: Coordinate minor training updates and release notes to ensure smooth adoption of incremental system changes.

Production Support Escalation: Act as a bridge between business units and IT support when routine operational issues require deep analytical troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team or managing operational BA queues.
Methodologies: Strong knowledge of stable business analysis frameworks, including practical application of Agile/Scrum for routine maintenance and Waterfall for structured upgrades.
Tooling: High proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel (advanced data manipulation), and standard reporting/dashboard tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing day-to-day priorities from different business units.
Industry Context: Experience working within the manufacturing industry (supply chain, inventory, or production operations) is highly advantageous.

Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices (including China & Overseas) to conduct routine operational reviews and align with local business teams.
