- Act as the lead functional anchor to map, analyse, and scale specialised, global ERP workflows across multiple international production sites.
- Optimise inter-company supply chain dependencies, inventory control, and raw material tracking to consolidate global production requirements.
- Identify high-impact operational areas for automation, acting as the Product Owner for internal system enhancements and digital workflow tools.
- Design and deploy automated business processes and system APIs to streamline commercial cost quoting from complex product specifications.
- Establish frameworks for automated document processing to extract actionable parameters from global freight, tariff documentation, and licensing contracts.
- Design and execute data models by blending data from ERP, MES, and CRM systems to construct international BI dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Operations Consultant.
- Deep, hands-on experience dealing with global ERP architectures (such as SAP, Oracle, or highly customised manufacturing/distribution ERPs).
- Demonstrated practical understanding of business process automation, system integration frameworks, and enterprise-level workflow digitization.
- Strong SQL query design skills, experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau), and business process notation tools (BPMN or Visio).
- Basic Python scripting capability or experience with data analysis libraries is considered a strong asset.
- Experience within multi-site manufacturing or global distribution industries is highly preferred.
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory.
