You will join the Agile Transformation & Engineering Excellence team. This is a collaborative, technical division that bridges the gap between software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise security departments.

As a Technical Scrum Master, you will focus heavily on DevSecOps maturity and secure delivery. Your core duties include:
Agile Governance: Implement and refine the enterprise Agile Framework, specifically for security projects and pipeline maturity.
Tool Optimization: Design Jira/Azure DevOps workflows, automated vulnerability tracking boards, and release gates.
Shift-Left Security: Integrate automated SAST/DAST scanning into sprint cycles and manage security compliance tagging.
Technical Refinement: Guide engineering teams to balance technical debt, cloud costs, and architectural scalability during sprint planning.
Metrics & Analytics: Monitor DevSecOps KPIs including deployment frequency, lead time for changes, MTTR, and defect density.
Workflow Automation: Write automation scripts and CI/CD hooks to enforce compliance controls and streamline release approvals.
skills & experience required.
Education: University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience: 4–8 years as a Scrum Master with a strong technical/engineering background.
Industry: Prior exposure to Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
Agile & CI/CD Suite: Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and SonarQube.
Modern Infra: Good foundational knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), microservices, and automated testing frameworks.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive mindset shifts across business and security teams.
