ou will join an elite, technically proficient commercial engineering team focused on high-value building services and industrial sectors. The team operates in a solutions-driven, consultative culture. Working alongside major property developers, main contractors, and engineering consultants, this division prides itself on delivering value-engineering solutions that optimize project timelines and operational efficiency.

about the job.

Track project pipelines and drive technical specifications by presenting tailored engineering proposals directly to developers, property owners, and consulting engineers.
Manage the commercial sales cycle with main contractors and MEP subcontractors, negotiating pricing, variations, and contract terms for project wins.
Act as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for channel partners and distributors, supporting them with stock planning, project leads, and joint client visits.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality, troubleshoot technical layout challenges, and ensure alignment with engineering designs.
Deliver hands-on product training, value-engineering seminars, and installation briefings to contractors, site workers, and distributor sales teams.

skills & experiences required.

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
3 years of sales or engineering experience within the construction, building materials, or MEP sector.
Proven track record of working with MEP consultants, developers, and main contractors in the local construction market.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
