• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new client opportunities across educational institutions, international NGOs, and domestic charities.
• Manage candidates end-to-end through the recruitment lifecycle: resume preparation, interview coaching, offer negotiation, and post-placement onboarding check-ins.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess suitability to the respective vacancies
• Ability to pitch tailored staffing solutions to Clients to suit their needs
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand organizational cultures, mission statements, and specific hiring requirements.
• Maintain deep market knowledge of the Education and NGO sector in Hong Kong
• Represent [Company Name] at industry conferences, career fairs, and non-profit networking events.

• Degree holder
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales/business development
• Strong self-motivation, results driven and resilient
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think out of the box
• Prior domain knowledge in an education and/or NGO setting is a bonus
• Prior recruitment experience is a bonus
• A "growth mindset" with a desire to build a long-term career.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Consultant role
