about the job.
- Assist in real estate financing and investment transactions and related matters.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on properties and property-holding companies.
- Facilitate the preparation of legal documentation following negotiation by lawyers, including loan and security documents, sale and purchase agreements, and corporate authorisations.
- Handle completion and post-completion matters, such as collating condition precedent documents.
- Undertake clerical and administrative duties, including records system maintenance and filing.
skills & experience required.
- Hold a Law degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a real estate paralegal in a sizeable law firm is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Must be responsible, highly organised, and capable of working efficiently under pressure, including working overtime when required.
- Exhibit a self-motivated, hardworking attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
