Advise clients on high-value real estate financings relating to both Hong Kong and cross-border property transactions.
Support partners in advising global banks, financial investors, and major corporates on domestic and international real estate loans.
Draft and negotiate comprehensive finance and loan documentation and prepare formal legal opinions.
Manage transaction project lifecycles from inception to closing, ensuring seamless execution.
Attend and actively contribute to client meetings, building long-term professional relationships.
Participate in strategic business development activities to enhance the firm's market presence.
Provide ad-hoc support on broader debt-related transactions and corporate finance matters.
skills & experience required.
1-6 years PQE and a Hong Kong qualified lawyer.
Proven experience in banking or financing transactions; while basic knowledge of real estate is preferred, it is not a pre-requisite.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin capability is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client expectations and demonstrate commercial acumen.
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly attentive to detail.
A strong team player who is enthusiastic about professional development in a fast-paced environment.
