about the job.
As a Real Estate / Conveyancing Executive contributing to the real estate practice, your duties will include:
- Handling agreements, assignments, mortgage files, and other conveyancing transactions.
- Assisting in large scale conveyancing projects and attending to legal documentations relating to conveyancing and financial transactions.
- Liaising with the Land Registry, Companies Registry, banks, corporate, and individual clients.
- Arranging for the stamping and registration of documents and conducting legal searches.
- Undertaking clerical and administrative work, including the maintenance of the records system and filing.
skills & experience required.
To be successful in this role, the successful candidate must possess:
- High school education or above.
- 2 to 3 years experience in conveyancing from a sizeable law firm (preferred, but not essential).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin being a plus.
- A responsible, organised, and efficient work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to work under pressure.
- A self-motivated, hardworking attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to closely follow instructions from supervisors.
