Lead and grow either the Dispute Resolution or Private Client practice, providing strategic counsel to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Manage complex litigation cases, arbitrations, or sophisticated private client matters including trusts, probate, and family law.
Leverage your existing network to drive business development and contribute to the firm's overall growth and market presence.
Oversee and mentor junior associates and support staff, ensuring the delivery of world-class legal advice.
Collaborate with other partners on cross-referral opportunities within a multi-disciplinary legal environment.
Maintain a high level of client service and act as a key representative of the firm in the Hong Kong legal community.
skills & experience required.
A seasoned legal professional at Partner level with a background in Litigation, Arbitration, or Private Client work.
Must be a Hong Kong admitted solicitor with an active practising certificate.
Possess a verifiable and portable book of business of at least USD 1 million.
Proven track record of business development and the ability to maintain long-term client loyalty.
Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams and high-value legal workstreams.
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly advantageous for the local market.
