You will join the Corporate Payment Services team, a dedicated group of specialists responsible for end-to-end payment processing and reconciliation. The team fosters a supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative working environment where members work closely together to prioritize daily job flows, meet stringent interbank clearing cut-offs, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

- Process corporate inward and outward remittance transactions, cross-border payments, and customer account transfers via interbank payment channels.
- Perform balance checks, signature verifications, and determine appropriate payment channel routing.
- Match foreign exchange dealer slips and make sound operational judgements during processing.
- Conduct day-end reconciliations to ensure all transactions are properly registered and accounted for.
- Prepare dynamic regulatory reports in compliance with statutory and HKMA requirements.
- Provide ongoing administrative support across transaction processing areas as directed by the supervisor.
- Assist with special operational assignments and cross-departmental support as required by the Group Head.
skills & experience required.
- Proven experience in corporate remittance, cross-border payments, or banking payment operations.
- Familiarity with local interbank payment systems, clearing mechanisms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange dealer slip matching and payment channel routing.
- Solid background in day-end reconciliation and regulatory report preparation.
- High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet tight operational cut-off times.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
