- Lead the design, deployment, and administration of enterprise messaging systems and message flow workflows.
- Install, configure, migrate, troubleshoot, and administer IBM MQSeries/Rabbit MQ environments to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to collect business requirements and translate them into efficient middleware designs.
- Build reusable integration foundations and connectivity frameworks to support future application scalability.
- Provide domain expertise regarding security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry standards across the middleware infrastructure.
- Proactively manage assigned team resources and workload priorities to meet operational efficiency targets.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, deployment guides, and system configuration records.
skills & experiences required.
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience working with middleware and SOA technologies.
- In-depth understanding of messaging paradigms, including pub/sub, point-to-point, and MQ infrastructure objects.
- Proven track record in MQ installation, migration, configuration, and L3 troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure and deliver projects within tight schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
