- Partner with cross-functional teams (architects, developers, QA, and offshore units) to design and deliver robust cloud and on-premises deployment solutions.
- Facilitate agile deployment practices across environments using automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Standardize and automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Manage application release cycles, software versioning, artifact repositories, and deployment configurations.
- Integrate automated testing frameworks across deployment cycles to accelerate quality feedback loops.
- Monitor system health, performance, and operational availability across application and infrastructure platforms.
skills & experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related technology discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of total experience in software development or systems support, with at least 5 years dedicated to DevOps practices.
- Proven experience in a technical lead capacity for mid-to-large-scale projects.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) with hands-on experience provisioning and supporting Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD environments.
- Strong background in CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Groovy, Maven, npm) and IaC/scripting (Terraform, Ansible, Python, YAML).
- Practical experience with artifact management systems (JFrog Artifactory, ACR) and monitoring suites (Dynatrace, Grafana, EFK).
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) or Azure platform administration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Putonghua.
