skills & experience required.
- Degree-holder in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of full-time professional experience, or have completed relevant internships within the financial services sector, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in digital innovation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is required for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to diverse team environments.
