- Advise local and international clients on a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
- Handle construction-related disputes, including court proceedings, mediation, and international arbitration.
- Draft court pleadings, witness statements, legal opinions, and procedural documentation.
- Assist partners with trial preparation, hearing management, and strategic dispute resolution advice.
- Engage directly with clients, counsel, experts, and opposing parties across various jurisdictions.
skills & experience required.
- Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 2–4 years PQE in dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated experience handling commercial litigation, with exposure to construction disputes preferred.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English, along with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin to manage regional clientele and documentation.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
